Przemysl, October 29, 1431. King Jagiello consents to the purchase of village Podlanse by noble Pelka of Jurgowice from Lords called Popiels.

Cum inter humane nature comoda nihil dignius memoria habeatur, oportunum existit, ut actus hominum litterarum apicibus et tescium annotacione perhennentur. Proinde nos Wladislaus dei gracia rex Polonie, nec non terrarum Cracouie, Sandomirie, Siradie, Lancicie, Cuyauie, Lyttwanie princeps suppremus, Pomeranie, Russieque dominus et heres, significamus tenore presencium quibus expedit universis presentibus et futuris, presencium noticiam habituris. Quomodo in nostre maiestatis presencia constitutus personaliter nobilis Pelka de Iurgowcze fidelis noster dilectus, Nicolai de Chranstow capitanei et Climaschkonis de Pobedne iudicis, Sanocensium, exhibuit coram nobis et produxit maiestati nostre cum instancia supplicando, quatenus sibi eandem litteram, de innata nostre benignitatis clemencia ratificare, approbare, innovare et confirmare dignaremur.  In name of Lord, amen. For perpetual remembrance. When men's matter are worthy to be remembered there is an opportunity to establish a record, which will last for many years to come. Therefor we Wladyslaw, by God's grace king of Poland and also a lord and heir of Krakow, Sandomierz, Sieradz, Leczyca, Kujawy lands, the Supreme Duke of Lithuania, Pomerania and Ruthenia make it known to every one now and for ever. Noble Pelka of Jurgowce, our Majesty favorite subject personally submitted a letter from Mikolaj of Chranstow, our sub prefect, and from Klimaszko of Pobiedne, judge of the district court in Sanok, asking our majesty that we, friendly and kindly agree and approve that letter, exactly word for word and in context. Therefore we find that letter as submitted, right and just and possible to accept and kindly incline to this request in every and all items, paragraphs, articles, clauses and content of said letter, and approve, satysfying [request], renew [privileges and duties], confirm and accept and make it law in its entirety and in presence of witnesses our seal apply.
